Kids in Bloom Malvern Nursery is based at Malvern Primary School.
Malvern Nursery, Roby, is a 35 place children’s day nursery, which accommodates 9: 0-2 year olds and 26: 2-4 year olds.
We also offer After School and Holiday clubs and have done since 2005. Giving parents quality childcare in a safe and secure environment for 0-11 year olds 52 weeks per year.
Our Malvern Nursery is a purpose built building which is light, spacious, secure and fully resourced specific to the children’s needs.
The baby room is calm and soothing yet challenging and stimulating. We have areas for physical activity, mark making, exploration, ICT and also sand and water play with plenty of space for tummy time. We have a strict no outdoor shoes policy in this room to stop the spread of germs.
Our waddler/toddler room is light and spacious with access to outdoors. There is lots of natural light due to low level windows for children's viewing. From our hanging alphabet butterfly’s to our sensory dark den, our room offers the best in continuous provision. We have low level cosy corners specially designed spaces for construction, story time, sand and water play, role play and investigation.
Our preschool room is upstairs and offers fantastic natural light. The room design is based on the children's likes and needs, however we often like to make changes to reflect and celebrate seasons and occasions throughout the year. The children always have access to sand & water play, role play and investigation.
Our outside classroom for all ages is part grass and part astroturf with a mark making den, water cascades, mud kitchen, planters and digging areas. We have access to the sprawling landscape of Malvern Primary including a pond dipping platform, wild flower meadows and acres of green grass.
The children are central to the process in everything we do. Our staff at Malvern are committed, enthusiastic and take great pride in everything they do.
We are passionate about extending children’s learning in our caring nature. Our professionalism and willingness to put the child (family) first, our individual planning, group planning, learning, outings and partnership with parents are what we feel helps us stand out above the rest.
